GSY Fuel Prices is an independent website tracking petrol and diesel prices at forecourts across Guernsey. The site is available at gsyfuel.co.uk.
This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site and how it is used.
We do not require you to create an account or log in to use this site. We do not collect your name, email address or any personal information unless you choose to submit it through one of the forms below.
Price reports: If you submit a price report using the Report a Price button, we collect the station name, any note you include, and any photo you upload. This information is used solely to verify and update the price listing. Submissions are deleted from our system once reviewed.
Advertising enquiries: If you submit an advertising enquiry, we collect your name, email address, business name and any message you include. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry.
Both forms are processed via Netlify Forms. Netlify's privacy policy applies to how submissions are stored and handled.
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Price report submissions are deleted from our Netlify Forms inbox once they have been reviewed, typically within a few days of submission.
Advertising enquiry submissions are retained only for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry.

If you have submitted a form and would like the information removed, you can request this by submitting another enquiry via the advertising form and referencing your original submission. We will delete it promptly.
